Well, I guess I should just admit it. I may not be updating the blog here every single day. Although that was my intention initially, I've got several other projects I'm trying to get going, so it could be every (2)
days or so for the 'daily' updates. If, by some chance, there happens to be a lot of readers here, I will try to add more content faster, and do a daily update, well, daily. I do plan on adding some good, useful content, but it's going to be a little at a time.
I will go ahead and update things for yesterday though. As I mentioned before, this blog is mostly just a record for me to look back on, and document what I did to (hopefully) arrive at where I want to be...my ideal weight, below 150 pounds (at least) somewhere, and healthy.
Yesterday I did pretty well. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, with skim milk, the only kind I drink. Later I did have a plain hamburger, no cheese, from McDonald's. I only ate that because it was left over when one of my Daughters didn't eat it. Lastly, I ate a Michelina's frozen Entree'. Some kind of pasta with chicken and peas. It was 290 calories, and 10 grams of fat. That's more fat than I ever like to eat in one meal, but I did pretty well on total calories for the day. I figure I took in well under my 'don't exceed level' of 1500 calories for the day. I may have eaten a generic Nutri-Grain bar also, I can't remember, but even so, they're only like 140 calories, and 3 grams of fat, so that's no big deal. I still stayed about where I want to be.
I mentioned before, I believe that I'll be starting up an exercise routine in the near future, that's when I'll hopefully really start to show some significant progress.
I've discovered that this is going to be a pretty boring blog if I just post everyday or so about what I ate that day, so...I'm going to try and come up with something that might actually interest any potential readers. What that may be, I have no idea. However, if you're in the same situation as me, and want to lose the weight, drop me an email, or leave a comment on one of the post, I'd like to hear from you.
