Well I'm hanging tough, like a hair in a biscuit. Still using a ton of sugar in my coffee which doesn't help things. I did just ok yesterday. I had a bowl of cereal, a bowl of oatmeal, and a frozen (small rectangle) pizza. It would've been very good, but the pizza had (22) grams of fat and (410) calories. The calories were not that bad, considering what else I had for the day, but I try to keep the fat grams well under (22), for the entire day!!
I still haven't started on my Total Gym workout yet, but I'm going to have to if I want to see any good results. I've also heard some good things about Hoodia, and I believe I'm going to give it a try pretty soon.
It's almost 6:30am here, and I've been up all night as usual, so I'm going to wrap it up.
