Well, I guess I should just admit it. I may not be updating the blog here every single day. Although that was my intention initially, I've got several other projects I'm trying to get going, so it could be every (2)
Well, I haven't given up yet. I had started out with the intent of doing a daily update as to my progress (or lack of it), but I missed yesterday. I fell asleep on the couch, and just didn't make it. I'm still doing good so far. I was at about (1500) calories yesterday, and so far today I've eaten (2) generic Nutri-Grain bars, (130 calories each). Also, I just had a baked potato from Wendy's, which isn't bad, except I did have a small amount of butter and sour cream. I figure I'm at about (700) calories.
I haven't started yet on my workout routine on my Total Gym. I'll probably be starting that next week. I need to quit smoking also, but I just can't handle everything at once. Oh well, there's not much to say, I just wanted to keep some kind of regular record here. I will be sticking to the weekly updates, complete with pictures also. That will be coming next Monday.
