Well, I'm kind of feeling like a loser here. I start this blog, run my mouth about how I'm going to lose a bunch of weight, and EVEN POST PICTURES!! Then I blow it and start on eating everything in sight. :(

I started back to work at my regular job (driving a truck) this past Wednesday (4-16-08). I've done good at getting everything back under control, and although I haven't been weighing myself, I'm starting back down the path of losing weight again.

I won't be posting any pictures again this week though, as I'm probably within a couple of pounds of where I started from. I am going to continue this...whatever it takes, and ever how long it takes. I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!

So, stay tuned, and hopefully I can start posting pictures that, with time, will show my progress. I want to be able to look back in six months and be at least a little amazed.

For those of you following this blog, I owe you an apology. I started it with the best of intentions, but I've had a minor set back.

It started with a single cookie at my girlfriend's house, and, well, I won't tell you everything, as it would take a long time to write, but I will say I pretty much wound up on an eating binge.

Anyway, I haven't given up on losing the weight, actually I'm even more driven to succeed now.

I didn't post a picture yesterday, well, because of the turn of events, I probably gained a couple of pounds back. :(

So, I don't have anything good, other than I did stay around 1200 calories yesterday, and I'm going to get back in the grove and do it.

I'll posts again tomorrow.

Well I'm hanging tough, like a hair in a biscuit. Still using a ton of sugar in my coffee which doesn't help things. I did just ok yesterday. I had a bowl of cereal, a bowl of oatmeal, and a frozen (small rectangle) pizza. It would've been very good, but the pizza had (22) grams of fat and (410) calories. The calories were not that bad, considering what else I had for the day, but I try to keep the fat grams well under (22), for the entire day!!

I still haven't started on my Total Gym workout yet, but I'm going to have to if I want to see any good results. I've also heard some good things about Hoodia, and I believe I'm going to give it a try pretty soon.

It's almost 6:30am here, and I've been up all night as usual, so I'm going to wrap it up.

Well, I started this blog as just a public record to log my present attempt at trying to unload some blubber (lose weight). I figured if I put it here, for the world to see, I'd have a harder time backing out. I have to say that I haven't went into it with the dedication that I had hoped, but I'm doing fairly well none the less.

It's 3:37am here in southern Indiana, and I'm very tired, but I did want to get a post in before I hit the hay. I've yet to get my exercise routine going, just because of my laziness, but it's coming soon. I did have a lot of running around to do yesterday, so I do have just a little bit of an excuse. Well not really though, I wouldn't have started it had I been home all day. Hey, at least I am honest, I guess that's a little bit of a good thing.

So, I've been posting what kind of diet I've been maintaining, and I did good yesterday. I did good just from the calorie counting aspect I should  say. The only meal I had was at KFC. I stopped in and got the buffet. I had (2) breasts, mashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage, green beans, (1) biscuit and cole slaw. I did have about (1.5) Cherry Cokes also. There was no desert, and that was the only thing I ate all day, so I feel I did fairly well. It wasn't a good, healthy,  completely rounded diet for the day, but I didn't go over board and eat junk either.

I have lost weight since starting out just over a week ago, and I KNOW I will lose the weight that I want to. Once I've got 5-10 pounds off, and I start exercising, I'll get into it with more enthusiasm, and then you'll be amazed at what you see....I promise.

I'll continue posting the pictures weekly (on Sundays), and once I get into the zone, you'll see someone lose weight at a pretty surprising rate. As I've mentioned before, I have done it before, although it was about (10) years or more ago, and I WILL do it this time also. The pictures will be the proof. :)

I'm still hanging in there. I know I'm just doing it half-ass right now though. I did do pretty well yesterday though. For Sunday, I ate a bowl of oatmeal for a late breakfast, and at about 9:30pm, I had a can of tuna and a small can of Busch's baked beans. Oh, I also had a cup of apple juice with it.

Much later, while online messing around, I had (2) cups of wine. I guess that's not too bad for the day. Ah damn, I almost forgot...that damn coffee with all the sugar. I drank over a pot today, and no telling how much sugar that includes. Oh well, I'll get it together. The main thing is...I HAVE TO GET MOVING!! I've been dormant, motionless, dead...well almost.

Oh well, I'll be back tomorrow. Oh, btw, I'm probably going to develop this site into something a little more than this sorry blog. Well, it'll still be a blog, but with some decent content. I'd like to have something here that may possible help someone, not just my mind-numbing, boring posts.

I'll think more about it tomorrow though. It's 4:52am, time to get off here. Thanks for reading.
